When you complete the Trophy Mark order form (hosted through Tally), we collect information needed to create your personalized product.

This may include:

• Your Name
• Email Address
• Order Number
• Harvest details (such as species, date, location, nickname, or other information you choose to provide)
• Photos you upload
• Personal notes or story details you submit

Your email address is used only to communicate with you regarding your order, provide updates, and deliver links related to your Trophy Mark page. We do not add customers to marketing email lists without explicit consent.

This information is used solely to:

• Create your personalized Trophy Mark page
• Generate the QR code linked to your page
• Produce your custom print product

Personalized Trophy Mark pages are accessible through a unique private link or QR code. These pages are not publicly listed or promoted by Trophy Mark.

Photos and order details may be stored securely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and maintaining your Trophy Mark page.

We may share necessary information with trusted production partners (such as print providers and shipping carriers) only to complete your order.

We do not sell personal data or customer photos.
